Summary of changes for 2024:

  1. Clarification of Fixed station definition.
  2. School entry scope is redefined as New York only, Mixed mode only.
  3. All stations must sign with a call sign or appropriate portable designator for their DXCC entity. Stations not complying with this rule will be reclassified as check logs.
